Contact Form Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared by Bengisu Avcı as data controller under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Personal data in the identity and contact categories are collected from visitors to the Bengisu Avcı website who complete the Contact Form and/or request Monthly Newsletter Subscription, and are processed solely for carrying out those communication activities.

3. Mobile phone number and any other personal data you send us through the contact form.

Such personal data are processed by automated and partially automated means based on the lawful processing grounds set out in Article 5/2/f of the KVKK, and will not be shared with any third party.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of the data subject:

1. To learn whether your personal data are processed,

2. To request information if your personal data have been processed,

3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in line with that purpose,

4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,

5. To request correction if personal data are incomplete or inaccurate,

6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data,

7. To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred,

8. To object to a result against you arising solely from analysis of processed data by automated systems,

9. To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
